The proposal & why we married Down South.
Aaron proposed on a beautiful evening in Esperance by suggesting a walk down to West Beach. We just missed the sunset and Aaron said “sorry we are a bit late and I’m a bit late doing this too” and I turned around and he was down on one knee ring in hand. Obviously the answer was YES after a few moments of shock.
We decided to get married down south because my (Emily) Mum grew up in Cowaramup and my grandma was in a retirement home in Busselton so we had hoped I could visit her on my wedding day unfortunately she passed before the big day but was very special to be in the area.
Highlight of the Day
The whole day was a fairytale! We loved mingling with our guests immediately post wedding and soaking up all the love. The dance floor was also a highlight.

Advice for Newlyweds
Just enjoy the whole process and don’t worry about anything going wrong or not to plan on the day. At the end of the day, only you and anyone involved in planning your wedding know exactly what is supposed to happen and when. If you are having a good time so will your guests!
