The Proposal
Will proposed on our tenth anniversary in Balingup, right in the middle of the chaos and charm of the annual Medieval Faire.
How It All Came Together
We knew we wanted to spend our day outdoors, surrounded by natural beauty and a sense of adventure. Exploring places we might never have discovered on our own was important to us, and thanks to Victoria and Lukas’ local knowledge, we found some truly breathtaking spots. The beaches they introduced us to were absolutely stunning, and the Boranup Forest felt magical-like something out of a dream.
Our vision was for the day to feel private and relaxed, a quiet and meaningful celebration of our relationship and everything we’ve shared together. No fuss, no pressure, just us in nature, soaking it all in.
Best Moments
The locations we visited were incredible, and getting there by 4WD with Victoria and Lukas made the adventure even more fun. Kate was amazing – she wove a handfasting and a few celebratory shots into the ceremony, and made sure we had a quiet moment to ourselves to exchange our vows.
